As a web design and development tutor at Delta State University, I had the opportunity to share my expertise with university students. In this role, I developed and delivered comprehensive lessons on the fundamentals of web design and front-end development. This included teaching students how to build responsive landing page templates, which they then recreated to reinforce their learning. By guiding them through hands-on projects and providing personalized feedback, I helped cultivate the students' practical skills and understanding of modern web technologies.

In my role as IT and Tech Support for the Pax Bonum Foundation, I was responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance to the organization. This involved troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining the foundation's technology infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of their day-to-day operations.Additionally, I played a key role in keeping the foundation's website up-to-date by actively posting the latest news, events, and blog content. This helped to effectively communicate the foundation's activities and initiatives to its supporters and the wider community.

As a Computer Application / Package Manager at Continental Computers, I was responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to a diverse range of clients, from young students to seasoned professionals. In this role, I developed and delivered engaging lessons on popular productivity software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
